New Year’s Party Favor

Materials
- Star shaped open wood box to hold favor (available at craft stores)
- BIC Marking Color Permanent Markers in green, black, blue and yellow
- White paint
- Drill Silver wire garland with stars and/or silver pipe cleaners
- White card stock paper
- White glue that dries clear
- Silver and blue streamers or ribbons
- Glitter glue in silver and dark blue
- Silver confetti stars
- White tissue paper
- Silver and blue metallic acrylic paint
Instructions
- Drill holes on either side of wood star box to create a handle.
- Paint the wood box silver and blue and let dry.
- Using the white paper and the BIC Marking Color Permanent Markers in green, black, blue and yellow, draw a champagne bottle, cut out and glue to one side of the star box.
- Cut 2 inch pieces of the silver and blue ribbon and glue to the end of the bottle
- Draw the clock next to the champagne bottle using the white paint.
- Add the numbers and hands of the clock using the BIC Marking Color Permanent Marker in black. Add details using the silver and blue glitter glue.
- Draw the numbers 10 through 1 around the champagne bottle and clock using the BIC Marking Color Permanent Marker in blue. Write “Happy New Year” on the back of the box using the same marker.
- Glue the silver confetti stars around the box and add details using the silver and blue glitter glue.
- Add the handle using the wire garland and silver pipe cleaners.
- Insert tissue paper and fill with candy or a gift for your guests to take home.
